Die San Diego-stämmigen Death Metaller CARNIFEX haben mit dem 7. März das Releasedatum ihres Nuclear Blast-Debüts bekannt gegeben. Das neue Album mit dem Titel »Die Without Hope« wurde in den Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida von Mark Lewis produziert, der bereits mit Bands wie ARSIS, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, WHITECHAPEL, DEVILDRIVER, DEICIDE oder SIX FEET UNDER arbeitete. Das Cover des Albums wurde vom bekannten Künstler und langjährigen Kollaborateur Godmachine kreiert. "CARNIFEX and Godmachine have been working together for many years,” kommentiert Sänger Scott Lewis. “To be able to bring his art to the cover of this album is truly when all the pieces fell into place. The artwork here represents the tone and overall blackened feeling »Die Without Hope« captures." »Die Without Hope« wird zehn Songs umfassen und über 35 Minuten fettesten Metals bieten.
