There used to be a time when, after every album, we'd do an EP and on those we'd be a little bit more experimental and just try out new things that normally wouldn't go out on the albums. I really miss doing those things. I hate feeling safe in music, because I feel that 'safe&quot; equals boring in many respects. When we all ageed that we were going to do a piece like 'The Garden,' it just kind of followed its own course. I think that the actual song came together in four days. We locked ourselves away in a rented cottage on a desert island, and we were pretty much stuck there.
